Powershell exception after .Net 4.5 upgrade

PowerShell Exchange snap-in stops working after upgrading to .NET 4.5.

All SAM versions

Older SAM applications (DAG templates) that use PowerShell snap-ins may throw an error if the .Net framework is upgraded to v4.5.

Either uninstall .NET Framework 4.5 (reverting to v4.0), or upgrade to the latest version of the DAG template posted on Thwack, or use AppInsight for Exchange if applicable.
