Maintenance has been renewed but is not reflected on the console

Overview

Maintenance was renewed a few days ago. However the status of maintenance is not reflected on the web console and says it is expired.

Environment

All versions of NPM, SAM, UDT, NCM, NTA, IPAM

Cause

The new license key was not applied after the maintenance was renewed in customer portal.

Resolution

  1. Go to All programs -> SolarWinds -> License manager
  2. Click on upgrade for the expired products, and apply the new license key from your customer portal. 
  3. If the issue still persists, use the Orion service manager. Goto ->All programs -> SolarWinds Orion-> Advance Features > Orion Service Manager, and restart the information services and the module engine. 
  4. The expired message in the Web Console will go away after you have applied the license. 
  5. This should update the Web Console correctly.
