Filter Application Availability Report to ignore Unknown status

Overview

This article provides information on how you can filter the Application Availability Reports to ignore a status of Unknown. 

Environment

All versions of SAM

Resolution

For a web-based Reporter Writer:

  1. Navigate to the Report Writer.
  2. Edit Application Availability.

  3. Navigate to the Filter Resultstab.

  4. Add the following filter:

Records where ApplicationAvailability is not equal to 0

 

For a non-web based Report Writer:

Filter unknown values using the following SQL clause:

where APM_AlertsandReportsData.ApplicationStatus != 'Unknown'
