Event messages with non-ASCII characters are displayed incorrectly as a question mark (?) in the Orion Web Console.


SAM 6.2.4 and earlier


This is a bug in the product.


SolarWinds recommends upgrading to at least SAM 6.3 where this issue has been resolved.
