Overview

Unable to create a report using the Mailbox Details in SAM AppInsight for Exchange due to error shown below:

Environment

A known issue in SAM v6.2 to version SAM 6.3.0.676 with Firefox v41.0.2

Cause

Unable to load Database with ID 0. Make sure that that the active copy is being monitored and that you have view permissions.

Mailbox Details under AppInsight resource was selected when creating the report.

Resolution

As a workaround, use the Custom Table under Reports resource instead of Mailbox Details under AppInsight when creating a report.
