Overview

This article provides steps on how to delete Orion accounts using the Database Manager.

Environment

  • All versions of Orion modules

 

Cause

  • N/A

Steps

  1. Open the Database Manager.
  2. Query to the dbo.accounts table.  
  3. Enable table editing. 
  4. Select the box of the account you want to delete account.
  5.  Click delete.

 

Note: If the ID of the account has created any jobs in NCM, the job needs to be edited, and saved.
