Overview

This article provides information when you experience a warning or critical status in AppInsight.

Environment

All versions of SAM with AppInsight for Exchange

Detail

  1. Navigate to the AppInsight for Exchange Application in question and drill into the database that's having issues.
  2. Click Edit Database to see the following image like what is shown below. 
  3. Compare the threshold settings (in days) to the Database Details for that particular database.
