Overview

This article answers the question if SAM can monitor Apache Spark.

Steps

There is no native support for Apache Spark Monitoring through SAM.
The Node itself can be monitored via SNMP. With this, you should be able to monitor the basics of the Node such as CPU, Memory, Volumes, and others.
Furthermore, you can monitor processes using SAM. You can get this information via SNMP.
To get other metrics, you can use a combination of:
