Overview

This article provides a resolution for the following error in SAM AppInsight application:

Login failed.

 

Environment

All SAM versions

 

Cause 

The issue is caused when the credentials configured for this application are incorrect.

Resolution

 

  1. Click on Edit application monitor.
  2. Select the correct credential or enter a new one.
  3. Click Submit.
