This article provides information about HTTPS monitor for a website in a DMZ.

Environment

All versions of SAM

Detail

In order for the HTTPS monitor to monitor a website in a DMZ, a firewall rule needs to be created for the POST the monitor sends out. If no other users or machines can reach items in the DMZ, the HTTPS monitor will not be able to do so either.
