Exclude specific Events on Exchange Event Log Monitor

Overview

This article provides steps on how to exclude specific Events on Exchange Event Log Monitor.

Environment

SAM version 6.2.x

Steps

  1.  Log in to your Orion web console as SAM Admin and hover the mouse to Applications tab > Exchange.
  2. Select the Application Monitor you would like to modify.
  3. Under Management resource, click Edit Application Monitor.
  4. Scroll down and find Exchange Event Log Monitor component.
  5. For the Event ID field, click Override Template.
  6. Select Exclude specific IDs and place in the EventID for your Windows Event log. See sample screenshot below:

  1. Click Submit.
