Overview

The following illustrates how to disable the https binding monitor in AppInsight for IIS.

Environment

  • SAM 6.1 and later

Steps

1 Navigate to Settings > Sam Settings > Application Monitor Templates and search AppInsight for IIS.

2. Put a check mark by the template and select edit.

3 Find the HTTPS Bindings Monitor and expand it.

4. Find the "Enable Component" setting and use the drop down to select "Disable".
