Overview

The JMX Monitor only supports numbers.  This article provides the exact data types that should be recognized as valid when configuring the JMX Monitor via the Component Monitor wizard.

Environment

  • SAM 6.x
  • JMX 

Detail

The JMX Component Wizard allows you to select the JMX values as long as their values are numbers and are any of the following data types:

  • java.lang.Byte
  • java.lang.Short
  • java.lang.Integer 
  • java.lang.Long 
  • java.lang.Double
  • java.lang.Float
