Environment

All SAM Versions

Steps

  1. Open the SQL Management Studio.
  2. Sign into SQL.
  3. Query the View 'APM_AlertsAndReportsData' in the database. For example,
    SELECT TOP 1000 *
      FROM [dbo].[APM_AlertsAndReportsData]
  4. Select the columns you want to retain and remove the others. SolarWinds recommends that you retain MultivalueStatisticsMultivalueMessages, and ComponentMessage. Example query:

    ComponentName,

    ApplicationName,

    ComponentMessage,

    MultiValueStatistics,

    MultiValueMessages,

    WindowsEventMessages

FROM [dbo].[APM_AlertsAndReportsData] where ComponentName ='HTTP Port Monitor'
