Overview

This article describes how to manually change the polling method of agents between agent initiated and server initiated, without losing data by uninstalling and reinstalling the agent.

Steps

  1. Log into the server that has the agent running on it.
  2. Go to Start > Control Panel > Orion Agent Settings.
  3. Select the preferred agent communication mode.
