Blackberry monitors are not returning any values.

Cause

BlackBerry Performance Monitor (PerfMon) counters are not listed as available counters.

This is a known Blackberry issue running Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) on Windows 64-bit versions. See the linked Blackberry KB article here which provides detailed instructions outlining how to uninstall the 32-bit counters and install 64-bit counters. If you are using (BES) 5.0 SP1 or higher, RIM removed the performance counters. However, the same data can be monitored using SNMP.

Resolution

As a workaround, a simpler version of this template can be found here that uses SNMP.
