Overview

This article describes an issue where applications get stuck during the initial polling process.

Environment

All SAM versions

Resolution

  1. Stop all SolarWinds services.
  2. Open Database Manager or SQL Studio Manager and run the following queries:
    delete from SubscriptionTags
    delete from PendingNotifications
    delete from Subscriptions
  3. Restart the SolarWinds services.
