AppInsight for Exchange is unable to poll mailboxes

Overview

SAM 6.4 Hotfix 2 addresses an issue where AppInsight for Exchange is unable to poll mailboxes when at least one of them has an invalid WhenChanged property.

Environment

  • SAM 6.4

Cause 

You can identify the issue by the following error message visible in SAM logs: SolarWinds.APM.Probes.CustomPowerShellProbe - Error found in results: Exception setting "LastModified": "Cannot set Column 'LastModified' to be null. Please use DBNull instead."

You may receive this error after installing SAM 6.2 or later
