Unable to download log file using management console

When trying to download log file using the "download log" button under Domain Activity, you get an error saying - no files have been found.


Serv-U version 15.x


The download log button does not work when you access the Management Console from a remote machine/browser.


Access the Management Console from the Serv-U server itself and download the logs from there.
