Unable to access new domain in Serv-U

You have created a new domain but each listener shows the Yellow warning triangle.


Serv-U v14 and later


The IP address chosen is duplicated in the environment.


  1. Check the listener setup (Domain>Domain details>Listeners). The listener shows the warning triangle..
  2. Run the command Config /all in a command prompt on the Serv-U server.
  3. Remove the duplicate IP address or assign an alternative IP address to the Network Connection in  the Serv-U server.
