Fixed issues

This fix provides the possibility to have Serv-U with a Public IP connect to Gateway with a Private IP. 

This hotfix only applies to Serv-U Gateway.

This hotfix is only intended for 64-bit Windows or 64-bit Linux.

The updated files are contained in a folder named Serv-U Gateway. 

Files for each platform are in their relevant subfolders.  

Use the binaries for your appropriate platform when updating Serv-U Gateway.  

The folder contains files with the appropriate directory structure (if necessary) to upgrade your installations.

This hotfix requires RhinoSoft Serv-U and Serv-U Gateway version 15.1.1.

TO INSTALL:

1. Stop the Serv-U Gateway service
    [Windows]         
        a. Run Service Manager, "View local service".
        b. Find "Serv-U Gateway", right-click on it, and then choose "stop" to stop the service.

    [Linux] 
        a. From a shell, stop the Serv-U Gateway service by using the following command: service Serv-U-Gateway stop.    
 
2. Make a backup copy of the following files:
    Windows 64-bit:
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-Gateway.exe
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-RES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoNET.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoRES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoRES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U-Strings.h
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U.str
    
    Linux 64-bit:
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-Gateway
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U-Strings.h
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U.str
    
3. Extract the ZIP file to a temporary location.

4. Open the folder for the platform Serv-U Gateway is installed on. (i.e. Windows or Linux)
5. Copy the contents of the temporary file location to your Serv-U Gateway installation directory.
     For Windows, the default installation directory is:  
        C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft\Serv-U Gateway
            -or-
        C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft.com\Serv-U Gateway
6. On Linux, you must also modify the permissions of the files by using the following command:

        chmod u+xs Serv-U-Gateway                
7. Start the Serv-U Gateway service

    [Windows]         
        a.  Run Service Manager, "View local service".
        b. Find "Serv-U Gateway", right-click on it, and then choose "start" to run the service.

    [Linux] 
        a.  From a shell, start the Serv-U Gateway service by using the following command: service Serv-U-Gateway start

TO UNINSTALL:

1. Stop running the Serv-U Gateway process

    [Windows]         
        a.  Run Service Manager, "View local service".
        b. Find "Serv-U Gateway", right-click on it, and then choose "stop" to stop the service.

    [Linux] 
        a.  From a shell, stop the Serv-U Gateway service by using the following command: service Serv-U-Gateway stop

2. Replace the following files with your backed up copy:

    Windows 64-bit:
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-Gateway.exe
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-RES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoNET.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoRES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\RhinoRES.dll
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U-Strings.h
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U.str
    
    Linux 64-bit:
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-Gateway
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U-Strings.h
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Strings\Serv-U.str
3. Remove the configuration file from the Serv-U Gateway directory:
    <Serv-U-Gateway-InstallDir>\Serv-U-Gateway.ini

4. Start the Serv-U Gateway process

    [Windows]         
        a.  Run Service Manager, "View local service".
        b. Find "Serv-U Gateway", right-click on it, and then choose "start" to run the service.

    [Linux] 
        a.  From a shell, start the Serv-U Gateway service by using the following command: service Serv-U-Gateway start
