The domain administrator cannot edit a user account with equal or higher administration privileges

Overview

In Serv-U, you cannot edit an account because the domain administrator cannot edit a user account with equal or higher administration privileges.

Environment

  • Serv-U MFT version 15 or higher

Resolution

Make sure that the default user template is a default.

 

  1. Go to the Domain.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click template.
  4. Make sure it is the default.
