Serv-U Licenses now Available in Customer Portal

Overview

This article provides steps to show the license information in the Customer Portal. 

Starting June 27, 2016, all new purchases of Serv-U MFT, FTP and Gateway licenses show the license information in the Customer Portal.  All previous purchased licenses do not show this information in the Customer Portal. The customer will need the Serv-U license email to activate or update their software.

Steps

  1. Go to the License Management > License Management from the drop-down options and scroll to view the Serv-U license.  
  2. Click the Retrieve your license key information. 
  • If the license was purchased on or after 7/27/2016, the license activation key will appear.
  • If the license was purchased prior to 7/27/2016, locate your activation email or contact Customer Service for assistance. Please refer to Retrieve Serv-U license information.
