Recover default management console access on the server

If the access to the Serv-U server management console is restricted and you do not know the administrator password, follow the steps below to recover the default management console access.

  • Serv-U 15.x.x


  1. Log in to the Serv-U server.
  2. Stop Serv-U service.
  3. Go to C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft\Serv-U\Users.TEDgkGo - Imgur.png
  4. Remove the "Local Administrator Domain" folder.
  5. Start the Serv-U service.
  6. Open Serv-U management console and log in to the Serv-U server.

You can now log freely to the Serv-U Management Console.
