This article provides steps to export or import User list.

Serv-U supports importing and exporting of user accounts to expedite the process of user provisioning in large-scale deployments. In these cases it can be very helpful to work with a program like Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice / LibreOffice Calc. Users who make use of the Calc program to work with the CSV file must be aware that they must disable the Merge Delimiters option in order to correctly import and export users, or the CSV file will be incorrectly formatted.

All Serv-U versions

1. Open Serv-U Management console.
2. Go to either Global or Domain Level.
3. You can Export/Import local Serv-U users and Database users.

Note: If you exported a user list to bulk edit it, make sure that when importing back the user list, delete the current list as to avoid duplicates.
