Disable ServU FTP Voyager for a ServU Domain

Overview

This article describes how to disable Serv-U FTP Voyager for a specific Serv-U domain.

Environment

  • Serv-U version 15.1.6 and below

Cause

Not Applicable

Resolution

  1. Log into the Serv-U Administrator Console
  2. Go to the Domain Limits & Settings
  3. Under Limits tab, go to HTTP Limit Type
  4. Click the Add button found on the lower part of the screen
  5. Select the following Limit:   Allow users to use FTP Voyager JV
  6. Untick the checkbox for "Allow users to use FTP Voyager JV"
  7. Click Save
