SolarWinds offers Upgrade Protection (a.k.a. "maintenance" or "paid support") with any purchase of our software.
While you are covered under Upgrade Protection, you are eligible to install and use all minor revisions and major updates released during that protection period. All SolarWinds software purchases come with one year of upgrade protection.
Upgrade Protection also enables SolarWinds Standard Updates and Support support plan.
When your Upgrade Protection period is about to expire (or has expired), you can renew online at the Customer Service Center. Additional years of Upgrade Protection are available at a steep discount from the current product purchase price, allowing you to continue receiving updates without paying the full retail price.
