Configure the Serv-U Gateway IP address in the domain listener

This article describes how to add the Serv-U Gateway address in the domain listener so the domain is accessible through the Gateway.


  • Serv-U MFT version 15 and higher
  • Serv-U Gateway 15 and higher


  1. Configure Serv-U Gateway in the Global level.
    See Serv-U Gateway for details. 
  2. Open the Serv-U Management Console.
  3. Navigate to the Domain.
  4. Click Listener and select the type of protocol (for example, FTP).
  5. Select the IP address of the Gateway server.
  6. Click Save.
    The IP address is configured in the Serv-U Management Console.
