Overview

The limit "Automatic Idle Connection Timeout" is not working when you set it to more than 10 minutes.

Environment

Serv-U v15.x

Detail

The limit "Automatic idle connection timeout" for HTTP/HTTPS session can be setup only to a maximum of 10 minutes.

This is hard coded. If the limit is not set or set to value that is more than the maximum, then the function returns to 10 minutes and this is why the idle timeout always will be less or equal to 10 minutes.
