Overview

The FEAT command is FTP Voyager's method of asking the FTP server what features it supports. Some servers do not understand this command and it may cause errors. In these situations, you will need to stop FTP Voyager from sending this command to the server.

Environment

All Serv-U versions

Steps

  1. Open FTP Voyager.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Select General.
  4. Select the Server does NOT support FEAT option.
  5. Select OK, and then connect to the server.

The FTP Voyager will no longer send the FEAT command to this server.
