Overview

This article provides steps on how to change the background color of the default web client.

Environment

Serv-U version 15.x

Steps

  1. Look for login.css in C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft\Serv-U\Client\Web Client\Style.
  2. Copy this file to another location such as, desktop and edit from there.
  3. Look for "background-color" and change it according to your preferred color.
  4. Save this file and rename to login2.css.
  5. Put this file back to C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft\Serv-U\Client\Web Client\Style.
  6. Under Domain Limits & Settings > Custom HTML, make sure to enable custom html.
  7. Custom HTML Container Directory: C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft\Serv-U\Client\Web Client\Style
    CSS File: login2.css
    keep the header and footer file empty.
  8. Refresh the web client to see the changes.
