Add CA certificate to Java in Serv-U

Overview

Some users running HTTPs with a CA signed certificate may find that the Web Client Pro and Voyager JV still shows the certificate as un trusted.

 

Environment

  • All versions fo Serv-U 

 

Cause 

The certificate is not in the JRE trusted store.

 

Resolution

  1. Open the Java and browse to Configure Java.
  2. Click the Security tab and then the Manage Certificates.
  3.  Make sure Trusted certificates is selected in the Certificate Type and click Import.
  4. Follow the wizard.
