This article provides information on 450 FTP response code.

Detail

A 450 response code may be sent in response to any command requiring the server to access a local file. It is a transient negative response as the error is considered a temporary one. It is usually sent when the server is unable to gain access to a required file at the time the command is received. In this case, the client is encouraged to restart the FTP transaction and try again.
