Update the third party software list

This article provides steps to synchronize your list of third-party catalogs. They need to be routinely synchronized to keep the patches updated. 


Patch Manager 2.1 or later


Refer to this Thwack post to verify if your patch was released.

Do the following steps if your patch is on the list but is not in your third-party list:

  1. Select Software Publishing.
  2. On the right side, select Synchronize Now. The This may take a while message should appear on your screen.
  3. Click Refresh when done. The Syncing in progress message should appear on your screen. 
  4. Click any of the catalogs and then click Refresh.
  5. Verify if your new package is available for download.
