Overview

Unable to view any information in the WSUS server view in the Patch Manager console after performing Windows updates.

  • PM 2.1.1.2005
  • WSUS 6.x

Cause 

Unknown

Resolution

  1. Go to Control Panel > Installed Programs and Features and find the Patch Manager in the list.
  2. Select the Repair option at the top.
  3. Run the Configuration Wizard again. This should resolve your issue, if not, contact SolarWinds support.
