This article addresses the following error that appears on the Patch Manager Console:

Unable to populate the Computer View

Unable to validate the session <> for user with textual sid <>



All Patch Manager versions


This occurs when the EminentWare Data Grid Service has been restarted while the Patch Manager console is still open.


 Close  and re-open Patch Manager.
