Overview

You are unable to log into the Patch Manager Web Console using the default login (admin) and password (no password needed) and it only refreshes the page and does not return any error message.

Environment

Patch Manager Web Console 2.1.0.1087

Cause 

There are several different reasons why the web page might not load correctly. This could be environmental such as Firewalls or Policy settings as well as the browser itself.

Resolution

Open the Web Console on a different browser.
For example, if you are unable to login using Google Chrome, use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
