Overview

Publishing freezes when you attempt to download and import a third-party package before you refresh the view that shows Content Downloaded.

Environment

Cause

This issue occurs when the Software Publishing view showing Content Downloaded is not refreshed before downloading and importing a third party package.

Resolution

  1. Refresh the Software Publishing view after downloading and importing a third party package.
  2. A green check mark to the right of the package is shown after the refresh.
