Overview

This article describes how to manage servers in a DMZ that is not on your local domain.

Environment

Patch Manager 2.1

Steps

  1. Verify that HotFix 3 for WMI providers has been applied.
  2. Use the Provision Agent Offline utility.
  3. Copy the created agent installation package to the machine in the DMZ.
  4. Install the agent on the machine in the DMZ
  5. Expand the Agent category in Patch Manager and locate your DMZ Machine.
