Unable to push and approve the Adobe Reader DC Full EXE base package

Updated June 22, 2017

The Patch Manager Console is unable to push and approve the Adobe Reader (free) full EXE base package to the latest package. There is no direct update path available from version 11 to 17 and a custom package needs to be created for Adobe Reader DC 17.009.20044. The created package needs to be deployed and applied to the clients.

Patch Manager 2.1.3

Instead of using the pull method, such as publishing the package from the Patch Manager Console and then approving the package, use the Update Management Wizard to push the updates, and then install them using the option available via the Computer Explorer in the Patch Manager Console.
