Unable to publish updates with metadata only

When you publish an Adobe update in Patch Manager that includes metadata only, the following error displays in the Patch Manager Administrator Console: 

Status: Failure
Message: Failed to publish



All Patch Manager versions


Third party updates are restricted by the vendors and do not describe the contents that will be published. For Adobe Flash updates, you can only publish the latest version.
