Overview

Unable to install or update Mozilla® Firefox® on managed systems running specific versions of Microsoft® Windows® and Windows Server® operating systems. 

Environment

  • Windows 8
  • Windows 8.1
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 2008 R2
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Windows Server 2012 R2

Cause 

The operating system version is greater than the Major version 6 and Minor version 0. 

Resolution

  1. Clone the package.
  2. Edit the custom package.
  3. Remove the rule.
