Third party updates do not display in the SCCM Console after publishing


After you publish third party updates using Microsoft® System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), the updates do not display in the SCCM Console.


  • All Patch Manager versions
  • SCCM


  1. Verify that Patch Manager is installed with SCCM and set up correctly.
  2. Verify that Microsoft® Windows Server® Update Services (WSUS) is your System Center Update Publisher (SCUP).
  3. If your updates display in the console, synchronize Patch Manager with SCCM and then search by vendor for your updates.
  4. Publish your updates to WSUS and approve the updates. Verify that the updates display in SCCM.
