Table of contents

Overview

SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.1 includes an additional Third Party Package view.

Environment

SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.1

Detail

In SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.0 and earlier, you had to create third-party package views in the SolarWinds Patch Manager Admin Console to see third party updates. Beginning with SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.1, the third party package view is included with the console.

When you upgrade to SolarWinds Patch Manager 2.1, the upgrade carries over the custom views you created and provides an exact duplicate.

To view third-party packages in the SolarWinds Patch Manager Admin Console, expand Administration and Reporting > Software Publishing in the Patch Manager menu.
