Set favorite email recipients for the Email results option

Overview

This article describes how to set the recipient email address field to be automatically filled in when selecting the Email results option for tasks.

Environment

Patch Manager 2.1 and later

Resolution

  1. Go to Administration and Reporting > General Settings > Email Configuration.
  2. In the Console Email Settings window, enter the preferred email address in the Favorite Recipients field.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Go to any task in Patch Manager and select the Email results option and verify that the preferred email address in the Recipients section.
