Remove SCCM from Patch Manager

Overview

This article describes how to remove the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) from Patch Manager running in an SCCM environment. Perform the steps in this article if you are using SCCM but prefer to use Patch Manager WSUS configurations. 

Environment

  • Patch Manager version 2.1.x
  • SCCM

Steps

  1. Log in to Patch Manager as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Patch Manager System Configuration.

  3. In the center pane, double-click Select Products and Features.
  4. Clear the System Center Configuration manager Extension Pack check box, and click Continue.

  5. Restart Patch Manager.
