Overview

This article addresses the issue where the Patch Manager service does not start properly.

Environment

Patch Manager 2.1

Resolution

  1. Rerun the Configuration Wizard to repair the service.
  2. Re-enter the password for the service.
  3. Re-enter the password credential ring.
