Manually add the Adobe DC Catalogs to the synchronization settings

Overview

This article describes how to manually add Adobe DC catalogs to the synchronization settings.

Environment

Patch Manager version 2.1.x

Steps

  1. Log in to Patch Manager.
  2. In the navigation menu, expand Administration and Reporting and select Software Publishing.
  3. In the Actions Pane, double-click Synchronization Settings.
  4. Add your catalogs.
    The following examples show how to add three Adobe catalogs. After you synchronize the updates, they will be added to the Adobe Systems, Inc. catalog.

Add a catalog

  1. Click the Other Catalogs tab and select Add Catalog.
    The Add Catalog dialog box displays.

  2. In the Catalog Path field enter:
    http://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-2015.cab
  3. In the Publisher field, enter Adobe Systems, Incorporated.
  4. In the Name field, enter Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Classic Track Catalog.
  5. In the Description field, enter This catalog supports updates to the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Classic Track.
  6. Click OK. 
  7. Click the Other Catalogs tab.
    The catalog displays in the tab window.

Add a second catalog

  1. Click the Other Catalogs tab and select Add Catalog. 
  2. In the Catalog Path field enter:
    http://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-DC.cab
  3. In the Publisher field, enter Adobe Systems, Incorporated
  4. In the Name field, enter Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Track Catalog
  5. In the Description field, enter This catalog supports updates to the Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous Track.
  6. Click OK. 
  7. Click the Other Catalogs tab.
    The catalog displays in the tab window.

Add a third catalog

  1. Click the Other Catalogs tab and select Add Catalog. 
  2. In the Catalog Path field enter:
    http://armmf.adobe.com/manifest/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cab
  3. In the Publisher field, enter Adobe Systems, Incorporated
  4. In the Name field, enter Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous Track Catalog
  5. In the Description field, enter This catalog supports updates to the Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous Track.
  6. Click OK. 
  7. Click the Other Catalogs tab.
