When you click the WSUS server in Patch Manager, the following error displays:

Steps

  1. Make sure all WSUS (EminentWare) services are started and running.
  2. Log in to the server hosting WSUS.
  3. Reset the Microsoft® IIS web services.
    Open a command prompt as an administrator and execute:
    iisreset 
  4. Open the Patch Manager Administrator Console.
  5. Refresh the WSUS server to regain access.
