Delete a WSUS update from the Patch Manager Admin Console

This article describes how to delete a WSUS update from the Patch Manager Admin Console. 


Patch Manager version 2.1.x


  1. Log in to Patch Manager as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation pane, expand Enterprise > Update Services > <your_WSUS_server> > Updates  and select All Updates.
  3. Select the update in the All Updates pane. 
  4. In the Actions Pane, click Delete.
  5. Follow the prompts to delete the update either from the one WSUS or all WSUS servers in the Admin Console.
  6. Click Synchronize Server in the Actions pane.
